Let's talk survival of the fittest
Through my Montessori studies I've gain deeper understanding of what effect the environment has not just on children but also animals and the behaviour of Nature. I can't argue with the fact that the one fittest to the environment survives.. but is that it's purpose?
The interesting thing is that the psychic takes form before the being, that is the physical being, the organs. So, what does this mean? Darwin argued that evolution of spices evolve and develop, become extinct depending on who is the fittest for the environment, the fittest survive and this was their purpose - to survive and evolve.
This would indicate that the behavior of animals and the pshyce are adapted to their physical capabilities and needs of the being but other studies have shown that it is the other way around: the psychic which is the behavior, instincts and needs are created first and the organs are created to the needs of the psyche.
“The habits that the animal is going to have are fixed in the nerve centers much before the organ is built”
The theory that animals fight and change their behavior to survive and develop is therefore highly doubtful. The instinct of the animal does not adapt itself depending on the need to survive. Their instincts have already been developed and yes, some animals fit better to the environment and therefor survive and evolve, change, develop more and for longer and this is a part of evolution but not in the way we thought before but in a much more miraculous way!
An animal in it’s right environment becomes an important part of the ecosystem. It can change the course of life as it’s instincts work WITH nature not against it, not to survive it but to be a part of it. It’s not about adapting it’s about matching. An animal in it’s wrong environment will become a negative force of nature only causing damage and even possibly becoming extinct just as a child in it’s wrong environment will become a liability for a society or family rather than beneficial in manny ways, a force of good, a force of love.
The facts are that animal behavior are more adapted to the welfare of the nature rather than themselves alone. The nature is full of compassionate behavior! That is what’s so miraculous. It’s like nature and animals understand the importance of nature better then humans who actually have a conscious mind..
Just to give you something to reflect on or just fun facts, here are some examples of animals that have a very compassionate behavior. I say compassionate because these animals do things that do not benefit themselves..
BEES - We find them in hot weather covered with a fussy kind of fur which they do not need in the hot weather but it gives them the capability to collect pollen. The pollen is completely useless for the bee but there are other flowers who uses the pollen brought by the bees to make them fertilized.
COWS - The cows give us milk but this is not the only miracle the cow brings us. The cow eats the grass and cuts it off close to the roots but never eats the roots which lets the grass grow again and spread, evolve. Without grass there would be far less vegetables and the choices of what we can eat from nature would be far more limited. So why does the cow eat the grass? When there is a lot of other things to eat? The grass has made the cow develop 4 stomachs only so that he can digest it. It is in no way beneficial for the cow but nature depends on it.
FISH - There are some fish that drink a huge amount of water throughout it’s lifetime. This is a way of cleaning the water from poisons that other fish would die from. The fish has no thirst as it lives in water but from this act of drinking it preserves life in the oceans.
This is an amazing video of how wolves give life to nature and how they affect the welfare of nature. It is truly amazing!!
